Bronx, New York

Bronx is home to such places as Yankee Stadium, the New York Botanical Garden, Bronx Zoo, and Pelham Bay Park. It is located north of Manhattan and Queens and is the only borough located primarily on the mainland. Although it has many empty areas, the Bronx is the fourth most populated of the five boroughs and the third most densely populated. Approximately one-fifth of the area and one-quarter of the land area is given over to park land.
