Since joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Beatty has handled numerous personal injury cases that have resulted in exceptional recoveries. Her involvement begins at the inception of cases and continues through settlement or trial. Her work concentrates on engaging in discovery, drafting and opposing motions, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances, negotiating settlements, consulting with and retaining experts, and synthesizing evidence for concise and proficient presentation of a case to the arbiter.

Ms. Beatty earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware and a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and New York County Lawyers Association.

In the last few years, Ms. Beatty has amassed approximately 75 hours per year of pro bono for the Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office at the New York County Civil Court, Dual Languages High School, and Hudson Guild. She ran in the annual Liz Padilla Memorial 5k, which is organized by the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project.
